Thank you for the informative article. I was looking at becoming a chef but after doing much research, I really enjoy baking and making desserts much better so I think Pastry Chef School would be better for me. Do you know of any good schools in California? I don't live there but always wanted to so I thought that I could go to school there and use it as an excuse to move.
